Language Café Accra is built around accessibility, community, and cultural exchange. That’s why we offer both free events and paid memberships, each serving a unique purpose while helping us create meaningful language and cultural experiences in Accra.

How our free events work

Our free events are open to everyone and designed to create a welcoming space for connection:

• Meet new people and practice languages in a relaxed setting.
• Join casual gatherings like Twi Café, Multi‑Language Café, and Just Read Book Club.
• Contribute through donations that help sustain logistics, coordination, and materials.
• Enjoy flexible participation drop in anytime and be part of the community.

The paid membership is for those who want a more structured and consistent experience. Members enjoy discounted rates on trips, cultural programs, and special invitations to Language Dinners and curated experiences.

Paid members also gain access to Language Hangouts, small group workshops and activities where we organize the experience and match you with others who share your interests. Non‑members can join too, but they pay a small organization fee.

Membership contributions help sustain Language Café Accra, allowing us to develop new ideas, pilot cultural experiences, and expand programming for everyone.
